1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Sale items, personalized products, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you with the return shipping instructions.


3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for same product replacements or size/color swaps depending on stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
